3. Subscription and Payments
Subscription Plans
We offer both free and paid subscription plans (Free, Essential, Professional, Premium, and Enterprise). The features included in each plan are described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans at any time.
Credit-Based Usage
Access to AI-powered features is governed by a credit system. Each subscription tier includes a monthly credit allocation (e.g., Free: 5 credits, Essential: 100 credits, Professional: 300 credits, Premium: 1,000 credits). AI-powered actions consume credits at published rates:
- Lesson plans, slide decks, and source-to-lesson transformations: 5 credits each
- Lesson series (multi-lesson units): 8 credits
- Worksheets and assessments: 3 credits each
- IEP/504/ELL differentiation: 4 credits
- Translations: 2 credits; AI chat messages and analytics: 1 credit each
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified. Additional credit top-up packs are available for purchase at any time.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for our premium services. Unless otherwise specified, at the end of the free trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
Payments and Billing
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time of your subscription. You also authorize us to charge your payment method for such fees.
- All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
- You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information.
- If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
- Taxes may be added to your subscription fees where required by law.
Subscription Term and Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for the renewal term at the then-current rate.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice through our website or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee amount.
