What happens after my 14-day free trial?
After 14 days, your card is charged at your selected plan rate. You can cancel anytime before then — no questions asked, no fees.
Can I use iTeachWise without a credit card?
Yes. The Free plan requires no credit card. The Pro and Power trials require a card, but you won't be charged until day 15.
How do AI credits work?
Each plan comes with a daily pool of AI credits, and 1 credit powers one AI generation — a lesson, assessment, rubric, or differentiation pass. Free gets 5 credits a day, Pro 40, Power 150, and ESA 300. Credits refresh automatically every day at midnight UTC; there's nothing to track or roll over.
What happens if I run out of credits for the day?
Your work is always saved. You can keep browsing and reusing everything in your Vault, and your credits reset the next day. If you regularly need more, upgrading to a higher plan gives you a much bigger daily allowance instantly.
What does 'Plan My Week' actually do?
Plan My Week generates a complete 5-day teaching plan: 5 lesson plans, differentiated materials, assessments, and rubrics — all in one click. Power users can do this for any week, any subject.
What is the ESA plan for?
ESA stands for Education Savings Account. Many states offer ESA funding for homeschool families. Our ESA plan is designed for homeschooling parents who want a complete, professional-grade curriculum design tool — billed annually to align with ESA disbursement cycles.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Is my data private?
Yes. We never train our AI on your lesson content. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. iTeachWise is built to protect student data, with privacy practices aligned to FERPA principles.
